SMS Compliance
SMS Messaging Consent
TranscendTech collects SMS consent through the same public lead qualification and booking flows customers use. SMS opt-in is optional, separate from legal policy acceptance, and unchecked by default.
How SMS Consent Works
Users may optionally opt in to receive text messages about their inquiry, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, and relevant customer-care follow-ups.
Users can submit inquiries and book appointments without opting in. Entering a phone number alone is not treated as SMS consent.
- SMS consent is optional.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- The checkbox is unchecked by default.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
